Sufferance & Bonded warehouse services
The Rutherford Group is both a Sufferance and Bonded Warehouse. Sufferance warehouse is a short-term solution, max. of 90 days, when your product can’t clear at the first point of entry.
The Rutherford Group serves as a Bonded warehouse, which allows an importer the ability to store their goods for up to four years, without incurring the duty and tax at time or original entry.
